Person ski touring on skin track on the side of a mountain

Northern Alpine Guides is based in Lofoten, Norway and offers private guiding and courses with IFMGA certified guides. Find your next adventure below and choose between spectacular tours all over the world.

Experience the vertical world of Lofoten with skis or in climbing boots with Northern Alpine Guides. Stunning views, alpine peaks and beautiful nature. Our local IFMGA Mountain Guides knows the area better than anyone, join us!

The combination of sea and mountain, snow and granite make these islands one of the most unique ski or climbing destinations on the planet.

We guide ski touring for every level and tailor climbing trips for everyone from first-timers to experts.

In winter our base is Lofoten Ski Lodge in Kabelvåg, where lodge packages with accommodation are booked directly. Beyond Lofoten we tailor trips from ski and sail in Greenland to climbing in the Alps. If you have an objective in mind, get in touch and we’ll plan it with you.
