The Lofoten Islands are time after time refered to as the most beautiful islands in the world. We live and base Northern Alpine Guides in Lofoten for just this reason. The combination of sea and mountain, snow/ice and granite make these islands one of the most unique ski destinations on the planet.

In our Lofoten Ski program we offer; Guided Ski Tours at all levels of difficulty, Ski Mountaineering Courses, and Avalanche Courses. Our guides are certified, with vast international experience, and local knowledge finding the best powder snow in the Islands. Ski Lofoten Itinerary:

All our private ski guiding Itinerary’s in Lofoten are customized to the length of your stay. If your traveling from abroad we suggest you plan 5-7days of skiing here in Lofoten to maximize your time in the area giving you the opportunity to truly explore the summit to sea powder of the Lofoten Islands.

Our ski program in Lofoten is perfect for all skill and fitness level of skiers. We can take you sking mellow powder filled slopes or steep technical lines and everything in between. There is a lifetime of exploration to be had in Lofoten on skis. We arrange diverse ski tours matching your skill and energy level with out a problem. This trip is for you!

Equipment

Upon registration we will send you a complete equipment list. Mid – Fat touring skis around 90-110 under foot work best in the Lofoten POW. We offer rental equipment out of our Shop. We have limited rental gear so please be sure you contact us if you need to rent any equipment well before your trip dates.

Trip Details:

Price: Skier : Guide = Price per skier per day.
1:1 = 2500 NOK/ 325 Euro
2:1 = 1500 NOK/ 200 Euro
3:1 = 1200 NOK/ 155 Euro
4-6:1 = 1000 NOK/ 130 Euro

Dates: February – May

Trip Length: 1 – 10 days.

Skill Level: In Lofoten we can cater our trips to skiers of all capabilities, from first time ski tourers to professional skiers, Lofoten has allot of skiing for all skill levels.

Guiding Ratio: 6 clients:1 guide is our maximum ratio for intermediate ski tours. 4:1 ratios for more advanced ski objectives.

Included in Price:

Not Included in Price:
- personal ski equipment and clothing/rental
- transportation to/from Kabelvåg, Lofoten Norway
